Hannah is an Olympic gold & bronze medalist in the sport of mogul skiing. She is also a certified personal trainer through the American Council on Exercise.

Fitness From Afar’s Story

Fitness From Afar was born during the Covid pandemic. When gyms shut down in the spring of 2020, Hannah did not want to lose the strength she had worked hard to gain during her athletic career. She started exercising in her basement with just a couple of sets of dumbbells and sharing the workouts on social media. With encouragement from friends and family, she started offering live, virtual workouts via Zoom, so that people could follow along. Hannah discovered a passion for motivating people to try new exercises, perfect their form, enjoy their workouts, push themselves, and get stronger and fitter!
