An 8-week program in a mobile app, complete with 4 workouts a week.

2x weekly DIY dumbbell strength workouts & 2x weekly varied workout videos.

MAKE THE PROGRAM WORK FOR YOU

  • 4 workouts a week to choose from. Do them all. Do just the strength workouts in the app, or simply follow along with the videos. Your summer. Your strength. Your choice.

  • Workout at home (with your dog!), outside, or at a gym.

  • Once you register, you will be able to select a date you’d like to begin the 2-month program, anytime on or after May 1st.

  • Workouts prescribed for certain days of the week, but you can access the workouts anytime and do them when it suits your schedule.

DIY DUMBBELL STRENGTH WORKOUTS

  • 2 fundamental total body strength workouts per week to complete on your own at home or at a gym.

  • Can be done anywhere with just a few sets of dumbbells, a chair/bench.

  • Video demos of each exercise.

  • 45 minutes or less for each workout.

  • Access all workouts through the free TrueCoach mobile app. The program will guide you through the exercises, sets, reps and approximate weight to use.

WORKOUT VIDEOS

  • 2 workout videos each week accessed via the app.

  • Just hit play and follow along.

  • Dumbbells and chair/bench are the only equipment you will need.

  • Fun, varied workouts are all 45 minutes or less.

  • Train strength, stability, endurance, power, agility, & flexibility!
