A 3-month strength & conditioning program at your fingertips in a mobile app.

  • Hannah’s programming will be delivered to you through the TrueCoach app, which you can download for free. It will guide you through what exercises to do, for how many sets and reps, with what weight. Option to enter your results on each exercise.

  • Video demos of each exercise included.

  • 2-4 workouts per week, depending on the training intensity of that week: Total body strength workouts & weekly cardio conditioning sessions you can complete by running, spinning, hiking, swimming, rowing, or on stationary cardio equipment. Designed to supplement your winter recreation and help you maintain your fitness.

  • Minimal Equipment: strength sessions can be done at home, with just a few sets of dumbbells, a chair/bench, and some resistance bands.

  • Warm-up with mobility exercises and muscle activations.

  • Each workout should take you 45 minutes or less.

  • Receive an email summary of the workout on the day you are supposed to do it and a follow-up if you miss it. Can opt out of emails.

  • Workouts prescribed for certain days of the week, but you can access the workouts anytime and do them when it suits your schedule.
