3 total body strength sessions utilizing mixed equipment (dumbbells, barbell, bands, bench) each week.
2 cardiorespiratory sessions (steady state & intervals) each week.
Hannah’s programming will be delivered to you through the TrueCoach app, which you can download for free. It will guide you through what exercises to do, for how many sets and reps, with what weight. Option to enter your results on each exercise.

Strength workouts utilize full gym equipment, but dumbell alternatives are suggested so you can do the program even if you don’t go to the gym for every session.
Warm-up with mobility exercises and muscle activations.
Each workout should take you 60 minutes or less.
Workouts prescribed for certain days of the week, but you can access the workouts anytime and do them when it suits your schedule.
